I have always had the most helpful support and treatment over the last 6years I have lived in New RomneyThey may not always get it right but we are all just human after all.Give a little bit of thought to the other side of situations.Sometimes they are beyond our control.
Awful surgery. The doctors apart from one are rude, do not listen to the problem, and seem reluctant to send you for the treatment you require. I would avoid at all costs and go to a different surgery. This sort of Surgery is the problem with today's NHS service at a GP level!
Take a torch with you if you sit in the waiting area. Surgeries should be bright, cheerful places; not dismal, forbidding areas like this surgery. Only 2 lamps working in the overhead light cluster! Doesn't fill one with confidence.
The reception staff are wonderful but the phone is always busy, the online patient service does not allow you to book appointments, there are never any appointments available - you have to phone at 8.30 to book on the day. One or two of the doctors are exceptional if you manage to get to see them, but your chances are very slim indeed.
Great surgery. All the nurses and most of the doctors are ok. Phone always busy, it's difficult to get app but where isn't?
