We were at Dr Cullen practice, never had a problem then. The shower that run this practice are WORSE than useless. Can't get an appointment, when you do can only ask about 1 thing. I reported the practice to the. CQC. They don't deserve 1 star
Absolutely dismal .reception staff do their best to help.but service is non existant. Been with this doctors practice for 5 plus years Never see the same doctor twice cancelled diabetic clinic without notice. Can't even get a blood test done because no staff employed .appointments prebooked 5 weeksI COULD GO ON An absolute disgrace to our health service. Mr Michael Rayner
Called an obscene amount of times this morning to be told there was an un holy amount of people at the door. What a joke!
Absolute joke. Go in asking for an emergency appointment with a doctor. All I get told by the receptionists is that there's no doctors to see you and that the surgury is closed for the next 2 days. Yet there were other people going in asking for appointments and getting them. Poor service to be frankly honest not the first time this has happened
