So magical a must see place , England's only desert
We love it here so much we bought a caravan which we have owned for 4 years. It's central to everything and not too big so there's plenty of room in the club house and swimming pool. The beach is just across the road. There is also a sports bar at the front. And a small steam train runs through the camp great for kids.
We bought our own caravan here and it's beautiful.. so much for my children to do.. beach 2 mins away.. I used to come here 25 years ago with my family as a child and it's not changed much Had the best memories here and it's lovely to make more with my own family ..
Friendly staff and very efficient. Any fault reported is dealt with as quickly as possible (both times within 15 minutes). Site is well maintained and clean and tidy. OK it was the first week of September but even so the place was busy enough but still quiet. Lots of caravans but plenty of space between each one. Only a few minutes walk to the beach at the entrance to the site. When the tide is out there is plenty of beach to enjoy whatever your age. Behind the site is a large lake which is good for short dog walks, leaving the beach for those long lazy days to stroll and relax along. A great site to visit.
We had a very nice caravan . Clean and tidy. very comfortable bed. The main bedroom was quite small but the price we paid for the caravan was a bargain so no complaints from us at all.
