I spent a sum total of 52 on accessories for my vapouriser based upon their advice on which part to buy (glass wand tool). On their website they also had associated parts it said would work with my vapouriser so I bought those also - three parts in total. When they arrived the glass wand tool that they had personally told me to buy for my vapouriser didn't fit, it was far too small. Furthermore, the silicone whip that was advertised on their site as being compatible with my vapouriser was the wrong size for the glass mouthpiece they also sold me. So in total I bought three items, none of which worked with each other and are effectively useless to me. When I telephoned to tell them about the error, the lady I spoke with told me I would receive an email within 24 hours explaining how to get a refund and return the items. I never received an email but I did receive an apology on Facebook with no offer of a refund but they did say they'd give me a discount on a new vapouriser that would fit the attachments but they didn't get back to me about that either. I would strongly advise anyone to think carefully about using this company and I for one will never use the again. Terrible service, 52 effectively spent on nothing.
I have now purchased numerous products from this site. They are absolutely fantastic, shipping and delivery is quick and painless. The customer service is also great whenever I've had any issues. They also take bitcoin which is great.
