Needed meds urgently tonight, travelled 15 miles from Hythe and when we got to pharmacy it was closed at 1945hrs. A waste of my time and fuel. Please dont believe their web site.
When this Pharmacy opened it was like a breath of fresh air, now the more staff they have the worse the service gets!!. I had to stop getting them to handle my repeat prescriptions as they did not understand basic customer service when they messed up. Now after some months decided to try them again as it is the nearest one for me. Low and behold again they mess up. I don't think they understand just how much it inconveniences their customers. Shall not be using them again as its not worth the hassle. If you ever wonder why Pharmacies close down look at the way this one is run.
So far, alright. They haven't messed up my prescription like the idiots at dynchurch pharmacy (hence why I swapped). Although they can be a bit funny about putting in an order for a repeat when I come to pick up my previous order.. Even though I have the same order every month. And it saves on fuel and time doing it all at once. Never came across a pharmacy that looks at you like you've asked them to jump in front of a bus while asking this.. It's usually standard procedure and is recommended by doctors and pharmacists when you are on a permenant repeat prescription.. Although I got this look from dymchurch too, so maybe it's just a Kent thing. Who knows ... Everything does seem to be a lot more old fashioned in this town.
They're open late and always had good service here
This place left my prescription ready on the shelf for weeks saying nothing was due to me whenever I called in. Next, when I arrived to pick up another prescription for the same thing weeks later and the original one was finally presented it was only half the normal quantity! No excuses, I checked with my doctor and the prescription was sent over correctly.
