The food there is very tasty very good value for money would recommend this place to everyone
Myself and my wife have recently changed to this fish and chip shop after getting fed up with our two previous shops. The problem with our old shops was that if you went to early a lot of the chips were from a previous nights frying and they were hard and stale, which is not on at all, so we changed and glad we did. We should have come to the Rod and Line ages ago. The people are lovely and the food is perfect for us. Our favorite is Cod roe and chips, the roe is a lot thicker than the old shops. I hope that the chips are never stale here. So pleased with the shop. We are hoping to try a couple of pensioner's fish and chips next.
Lovely chips. Nice bit of cod. And.....lovely home made fishcake. Good service.
Generally quite good but sometimes chips are not to the usual high standard. Good quality fish is consistent and the best in the area.
Best chippy on the Romney Marsh. Fact! Staff are great and service is fast. No dining in facilities, but perfectly situated for a chip supper overlooking the sea. Or surrounding countryside. A real gem
