zero customer service. Outsourced to a third party and you cant get hold of anyone when you have a problem. Try calling the number before you buy and you will realise nobody is there. Very upset 4 year old now... thanks!
Traumatic experience! After paying for a bed and next day delivery, I chased for a delivery slot to be told that it would not be delivered.A lady called me the following day and read the same line from a script I was given the day before, further informing me that only one of the four boxes would be delivered. I requested that this was held back until all four boxes could be delivered at the same time. Next came an email from the delivery company that my parcel had been left in a safe place.... on my doorstep! Returning home this was not there.A further call from the delivery company three days later, and I am told that three parcels are due for delivery. When asking about the fourth (first delivered three days ago) I was told it had been returned to sender.I spoke with Noa & Nani who didn't seem to care at all, even when explaining that my 9 year old is currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The options given to me were...Advised to accept the three parcels as it was so close to Christmas and they would try to get the fourth out to me on a next day OrA refund that I would have to wait until the received notice of return from the courier before processing!So while a four box delivery has now left a carbon footprint larger than a commercial airliner's yearly average... I'm left out of pocket until they receive their product back in full (which is all I was requesting)Shocking service, I really wouldn't advise (obviously)
Highly recommend. very strong sturdy beds. easy to put together ,Everything u need is supplied,I was able to do alone! My kids love there single beds. Very speedy delivery
Purchased the triple sleeper bunk bed. As it was reasonably priced I was not sure what to expect quality wise. Ended up being brilliant bed for the price. Absolutely love it! My queries were replied to promptly and delivery was super speedy. Very happy!!!
Bought the single Day bed with pull out trundle from the clearance centre on eBay. Having been looking at this bed elsewhere for twice the price I was very pleased to find it at a bargain price. It was delivered quickly in three boxes, I was able to unpack it, carry it upstairs and build it on my own in just over an hour. Would be even quicker with help from another. It's a perfect first full size bed for my little one, solid enough and nicely finished. The pull out is great for the occasional sleepover. I'm very pleased with my purchase!
